Meet in the Middle is a humorous and optimistic attempt to address the political divisions in our country, where we ask folks to find and embrace our shared common ground.
The song is a duet between Susie Davis (“the liberal”) and Carri Abrahms (“the conservative”) who playfully duke it out to an irresistibly danceable electro-swing beat.

There are some great Bay Area musicians on the track: Paul Rogers of Those Darn Accordions on accordion, Dewayne Pate on bass, Steve and Ella Steinberg on horns, and BZ Lewis doing the drum programming as well as mixing and mastering. In true pandemic style, all tracks were recorded without our ever seeing the face of another musician.
